Machado, a former fashion designer, whose handbag line was featured as Lucky Magazine's "it" bag, brings her fashion sense to cupcake designs. Machado credits her grandfather, a NYC baker with introducing her to the world of fine baked goods. Bebecakes originated with her family's recipe, and has expanded to include fourteen different flavors. Not only is Machado a talented baker, she is dedicated to the community, and supports a variety of local charities. Her cupcakes have graced the tables at The Jr. League Holiday Gift show, Peninsula Stroke Association, The Palo Alto Schools PIE Fundraiser, and will be featured in the upcoming Gentry Gala.
