I am new to Bikram, a few months. I got completely addicted! I go 3-4 times a week, I've lost 5 pounds and a clothes size. That's minimal to the amazing peace of mind and heart I have. Try it!

This article is great! I love Bikram yoga! During the week it is a great stress reliever to calmly sweat away all the worries of the day. By the time the class is over I am completely relaxed and (after a shower) I’m ready to start my second job... taking care of my family. I noticed that I sleep a lot better too!

You couldn't pay me to go into that kind of heat! But then again, I'm a figure skater, so I'm accustomed to a slightly cooler climate for my workouts. ;)

I've been doing yoga for 40 years, but I never thought I'd do Bikram until I started feeling some hip pain (probably arthritis). I've been going 3 times a week since early June, and I think it's helping. I should mention I'm twice as old as everyone else in the class, but I don't care.
