Want to go out more? Try Go Tribal

Last week, a new kind of social network launched, based in San Francisco, called Go Tribal. Geared toward women (but just as likely to be a tool for men), the aim is to help people plan more casual social outings. It's great for the young professionals set, but also just as good for moms who want a GNO (girls' night out).

You can hook up with Facebook Connect, so it takes about 1 minute to join. After that, you can record when you're "down" to go out! Check your friends' lists and put together ad-hoc events for grabbing cocktails, dinner, after-dinner drinks, dancing, whatever. It's that simple.
