Fashionable friends of SFluxe editor Damion Matthews gathered on December 2nd to celebrate the popular wesbite's two year anniversary. Co-hosted by real estate agent Joel Goodrich from Tri Coldwell Banker and Mireille Schwartz from Bay Area Allergy Advisory Board, the festive luncheon was held at Orson restaurant in San Francisco.
What started out as a real estate website has blossomed into THE site for all the latest news in San Francisco high society. With a balance of charm and intelligence, Matthews covers local openings, parties, and events.
Orson executive chef and co-owner Elizabeth Falkner (pictured left with Mireille Schwartz & Joel Goodrich) created a special menu for guests with food allergies. The luncheon, served family style, included roasted rosemary lemon chicken with root veggies, green salad accented with pomegranate seeds, and Orson's famous duck fat fries.
Local jewelry designer Amber Marie Bently presented Matthews with a silver pendant carved with Live. Love. Luxe. Other attendees included Jennifer Hilton Raiser from the Nob Hill Gazette in a pair of very stylin' black boots, Charlotte Jude Schwartz donning Juicy Couture, vintage chic John Hadeed and David Gorsky of Torso Vintages, and stylist Marcy Carmack looking fab in a green tweed suit. SFBaystyle congratulates Damion Matthews and SFluxe. Here's to many more years!
